To allow us to respond promptly to any right to erasure request we ask you to complete the online request form. Please choose the issue is “Right to Erasure” and please supply us with the reason you wish your data to be erased. Use of the form is not mandatory. However, completing the form should enable us to process your request more efficiently.

The Fair Use System

We already respect the contributor so we are increase limit for them. We have memberships level for member from 1 year to life-time.
If you choose life-time level, we hope we can serve you to end of website’s life. If economic conditions do not allow us to maintain website, we must adjust memberships level. We so sorry to downgrade your levels to 2 year membership level from the purchase date.
We try limit downloading as little as possible, however to protect our service (and thus our users) from abuse, we need to impose some limits.
Free users have some limits.
It works like this: You can download 1 book per day and maximum 15 books monthy.
If the traffic you used in the lastest day exceeds 3 books, downloading will be temporarily suspended (until 30 days after we checked that you have share our public post on facebook).
We try to instill a sense of fair play, a sense of honesty.
Disputes
We are based on Earth and you are contracting to use our Site. This Policy and all matters arising from your use of the Site are governed by and will be construed according to the laws of Earth , without regard to any choice of laws rules of any jurisdiction. The federal courts and state courts that have geographical jurisdiction over disputes arising at our office location in Earth will be the only permissible venues for any and all disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy or the Site and Service.
No Users Under the Age of 13
The Site is not intended for children under the age of 13. Children under the age of 13 should not use the Site at any time.
